Remoulade Sauce
Delicious for dipping with fried or roasted okra. This sauce will keep at least a week or two in the refrigerator--if it lasts that long before you eat it!

- 1/2 cup Duke's mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon scallion or green onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Dash of kosher salt
